Do you have an advanced either a Master's and/or PhD?

 

Do you have P&L Responsibility?

 

Is your current base salary above USD $100,000?

 

Are you willing to relocate and if so please indicate?

 

Do you have international work experience? Are you aware of the demands of the expat lifestyle?

 

Have you been based in any of the following locations while holding  a Director, Managing Director, VP, President, CXO , Group or Division executive or other professional management or professional role?  Locations are as follows, Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Yemen, Kuwait, India, China, Viet Nam, Singapore, Thailand,  Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, or European country.

 

Do you possess a demonstrated capacity to build relationships internally and externally and an ability to quickly establish credibility across an organization, including engaging others to ensure the most effective and efficient implementation of  requirements?

 

Do you possess highly effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate directly, openly and effectively with both internal and external constituencies?

 

Candidates must possess strong conceptual analytical skills and negotiation skills.

Do you possess a clear understanding of ethics and the ability to use good judgment and discretion, including confidentiality?

 

Can you provide 5-10 work and professional work references?

 

Do you have division level management responsibility for an operation?

 

Are you seriously considering a position in another country? Have you identified and researched life in that location?

 

Do you have specific work experience in any of the following industries, businesses, niches, markets?
