We balance our business development activities so we don’t have every company in a segment on our client list. We are not hampered by extensive hands-off agreements in a single market segment that may prevent us from talking to candidates from logical sources. This leaves us free to pursue the best fit between candidate and position.
Our approach to sourcing candidates is strictly research driven. Our research capabilities rival that of much larger search firms. We can tap an impressive array of U.S. based and international resources. We place high priority on continuous improvements in our research capabilities.

account management to the senior
leaders/hiring managers; ensure client
satisfaction; develop processes for
screening resumes, routing candidate
information to hiring managers, and
scheduling/coordinating interviews;
maintain cost-effective recruiting
sources and marketing plans; and
negotiate offers with candidates.

MENA, ASEAN/India, and Asia as well as
continued access to the top talent here
in the US. We do not limit our search
engagements by geography. Over the years
we have worked in countless locations
